How do I pay?
You may pay through bank transfer only. I will contact you within 24 hours after you submit the order form and send you my bank account number. I will give you up to 48 hours to deposit the money into my bank account. To verify that you have payed for the item, you must send me a CLEAR picture, scan or screenshot (only if the transfer was done online) of the receipt either by email or by phone. After receiving your confirmation, I will mail out the item right away and send you the tracking code if you opted for registered posting*.
How long is the waiting time?
- 7-12 days for preoders, it may take a few days more if your item is out of stock. We will inform you beforehand.
- Your item will be mailed 1 day after payment is received for instocks.
How much is the postage?
Our postage rates below are based on the rates published on Singpost, the amount you are charged will be determined on Singpost.com and is subject to change.
Normal postage $1.00 to $3.35 depending on the weight of items.
Registered postage* $3.74 - $5.59 depending on the weight of items.
For orders that exceeds 2kg, we'll pack your order into 2 parcels such that each parcel will be lesser than 2kg.
Tracking number will be sent to you for registered postage/smartpac.
Where do you ship to?
We only ship to Singapore at the moment.
Do you do meet ups?
No.
How do I place an order?

Am I still allowed to change my order?
You can only change your order if the preorder is not closed.
Exchange/refund?
There will be no exchanges in normal circumstances. If you have been sent the wrong item, please email me at colormehauteshop{at}gmail.com and mail back the item in the original condition (with all tags, stickers, packaging).
Full refund will be made if your item is out of stock.
What if I don't know the item code?
You may write down the item name instead but keep in mind that if you aren't clear about what item you want. You may be sent the wrong item.

*We recommend you use registered posting for larger orders so that you can track your order, registered posting will be paid by the buyer. All giveaways/promos on shipping only applies to normal posting unless otherwise stated
